Crash Replacement:

Hey... We’ve all crashed and torn gloves. If an issue with your HANDUP gear was caused by a crash, we have a crash replacement program.

The gear must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached and must have been purchased within the 60-day return period for domestic orders and 90 days for international orders.

Free unlimited exchanges and returns for store credit can be added to any order by selecting the re:do coverage option at checkout.

• Cost of return label is charged to customer on returns for refunds
• Cost of return label is charged to customer on returns or exchanges for orders not covered by re:do

Store credit, or refunds are only issued once the items have been returned to Handup HQ and have been inspected by quality control.
Exchanged items will be shipped once returned items are received at Handup HQ

Final sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Instant exchange via RE:DO: Requested item will be considered reserved instantly once requester's credit card information has been provided to re:do to initiate the instant exchange
Standard exchange: Requested item will be considered reserved once the item being returned has been received, inspected, and processed by HANDUP

All standard exchanges will be issued a gift card in place of requested item if the item runs out of stock in between time of request and HANDUP's receipt of return item.

We offer Economy and Expedited International Shipping rates. Both rates will include duties and taxes in order for you to skip the headache of customs and get your gear faster. Keep in mind, we do absorb some of the shipping costs as we want our international customers to be able to afford our great gear at a decent price! We know paying the duties/taxes are a pain, but we can't help if the government wants to take their portion.

For international shipping, you have 2 options:
Option 1 - Economy International Shipping: 7-18 business days
Option 2 - Expedited International Shipping: 5-9 business days
Both options come with full tracking visibility.

We also offer FedEx International Shipping rates; however, this is NOT DDP and you will be required to pay duties and taxes prior to the package being released by customs. We will help the best way we can (providing additional documents that you might need) but this option is purely your choice and we are not responsible for any additional charges you may incur.

Package lost in the mail or not delivered.

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (If you are shipping WITHIN THE UNITED STATES). Sometimes packages “disappear” and we can be sympathetic to that. If you run into any shipping issues, please First open a case based on your tracking number with the United States Postal service.

Next, reach out to us at support@handupgloves.com to keep us updated on the situation, and We will take all the necessary steps on our end to help remedy the situation.

CYCLING/WINTER GLOVES

Our glove size chart is below and if you already wear cycling gloves, you'll be a similar size to what you currently wear in other brands.

GOLF GLOVES

Currently we do not offer cadet sizing on our golf gloves as we have made great fitting gloves for the last 10 years. If you wear a Large Cadet we would recommend getting a size Large in our golf gloves. If you wear a M/L, we recommend a Medium size in our golf gloves.

Any of our gloves with the FullTouch™ logo shown in the product picture (typically gloves with black material palms) are touch screen compatible.

Our FullTouch™ Technology palm material is seamless touchscreen woven throughout the entire palm, so all fingers work on touchscreen devices as if you were operating it with your bare hand. You to not have to try to touch your screen in "just the right place" to get it to work.

We began this journey saying we would never bring designs back and that once they're sold out they would be gone forever. Then we got enough hate mail that we caved and brought back many of our popular styles and we have worked hard to make sure we have ample inventory year round.

now sometimes it still happens as we do limited collaborations with other companies from time to time and once those are gone they are typically gone for good, but if the hate mail piles up, we may bring back some designs.

Yes!!!

We make all of our gloves, jorts, socks, and other clothing (with exception of the pants and (shorts which can be found here) in what we like to call SHB "Standard Human Being” sizing or Unisex Sizing. As humans, we all come in different shapes and sizes. Our simple sizing accounts for that in it’s shape and flexibility, while our numerous designs fit a wide range of unique preferences.

Secondly, the body position we are in during our various sports requires more material and different cuts than the women’s and men’s specific clothing we wear day to day. It’s a piece of athletic attire, not a tailored power suit. Therefore, we’d encourage you to measure yourself, order the size that matches, and enjoy the unique designs while you are at it!

Lastly, we aren’t ignorant. We know that women’s specific pants are a must. Those additions are currently being designed and prototyped in house by our Female Co-owner.
